Please view all of the info regarding our shipping policies and information. All Packages can take between 24-72 hours to process and ship from our facilities. We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We have warehouses in many locations throughout the US so your package may ship from any one of our warehouses but most of our items ship from AZ and CA.

Free Shipping: All customers located within the United States are eligible for free ground shipping on their order of more than $89.00 and with a cart weight of 30 pounds or less. This offer excludes paint and is for purchases of goods at full price only. Paintball Punks has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.  

Free 2-Day Shipping: All customers located within the United States are eligible for free 2-day shipping on their order of more than $999.00 and with a cart weight of 30 pounds or less. This offer excludes paint and is for purchases of goods at full price only. Paintball Punks has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.  

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is available for all orders at your own expense. Please email us if you want shipping insurance for your order.

International Shipping:  The shipping calculator will calculate your shipping costs according to the weight of your items and where your items will be shipped. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping costs at info@paintballpunks.com. Please make sure it is legal to ship paintball markers or any other product you wish to order into your country prior to placing an order. It is your responsibility to know whether or not you are allowed to import paintball equipment into your country. If the order gets stopped by customs we will not refund the order. If an order is held indefinitely at customs or returned to us, the customer will be held responsible for the non-returned merchandise and/or any and all freight charges associated with the order. We have no way of estimating the amount of fees that will be due on delivery.

Limited Time Free International Shipping Offer: For a limited time we are offering free shipping to international customers on all orders that total over $999.00. The total weight of the shipment must be less than 30lbs for this offer to be valid. This offer excludes paint and is for purchases of goods at full price only. Paintball Punks has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.  

All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the time the order was placed. There are no returns on paint, special orders, or items that have been used in any way. The item to be returned must be brand new and factory sealed, and in no way used. All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price. If you want to exchange or return your item for store credit there will be no restocking fee. Shipping in no way is refundable on any order. If free shipping was used the shipping cost will be deducted before the refund or store credit is issued.
